Great experience at this location! Clean facility, well kept, and the personnel team was excellent. At check-in, Zorhia was extraordinarily helpful, gracious, and kind and at checkout, Lisa was the same. As a business owner myself, Zorhia and Lisa are the quality of team members every business owner should look for to represent their business and serve their customers. Thank you for treating me so well and because of your exemplary, warm, welcoming, and friendly service, I WILL be back as I travel back and forth between Florida and Kentucky. Blessings!

Had a very good experience at the Locust Grove, GA location. We Travel to Florida each winter from Indiana and this is the first time staying at this location. We will plan our future trips to include a stay at this particular Inn. A young man named Chris working the front check-in desk was pleasant, respectful and very accommodating and attentive to our needs. He sets a standard of customer service that others can strive to achieve. He conducted himself as if he were the owner and that you the customer, were a very important piece of his overall success.

Fantastic place to stop. We arrived at 1am so I called ahead and they were nice on the phone, leaving a note for the night person. Zohria took care of us when we arrived and she was very pleasant and accommodating. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Absolutely no complaints with this stay. Love it

We had a wonderful stay, and I especially want to recognize Assistant Manager Wally. He went above and beyond to take great care of my kids and I, making us feel truly welcomed and looked after. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference in our experience. Thank you, Wally, for making our stay so memorable!

We were greeted right away and check-in was quick and easy as usual at an IHG inn. Our room was immaculate and up-to-date. One feature I particularly liked is the full-length mirror with lighting as well as a shelf and electrical outlet. One feature I found unhelpful is the electrical set up on the side of the bed nearer to the window. The electrical outlets at that location turn off when the light switch is turned off rendering them useless for overnight needs such as charging a phone. Is that intentional? We arrived for breakfast at a time when the food supply was a bit on the low side but within 5-10 minutes everything was restocked. As we were leaving, I spent a few minutes chatting with Chris at the front desk, and he was quite sociable and friendly. He made me feel welcome and encouraged me to fill out a survey. Thanks to all who made my stay great!

Breakfast was great! Hallways could use some cleaning. Rooms were fine. Our door didnt latch shut but we kept the bolt locked. Good place to stop and rest up.

Customer Service is outstanding. Wally and all the staff took great care of us. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor pool is nice and warm. Nice work out room. Take advantage of the free breakfast and the chocolate chip cookies. Thank you again for the wonderful stay at your hotel.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel a couple of times! It’s convenient with plenty of places to eat and shop and in close proximity to the race track! The GM, Wally, is super friendly and professional and treated us like friends instead of guests! We will be back!
